Singer and producer Eric Zayne has just released his highly anticipated single 'Spin the World' (May 2015). Comparable to artists like Maroon 5, Prince and Bruno Mars, Zayne is known for his eclectic sound, dynamic live performances and instrumental versatility. His EP 'Between Us' gained online acclaim with his hit 'Maneater' and 'True North', which features Amber Riley from Glee.
In 2014, Zayne won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest and played over 50 dates including NAMM's GoPro Mainstage, Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, CMJ, Canada Music Week, House of Blues Sunset, Sayers Club and Hotel Cafe. His wide audience appeal has landed him gigs ranging from highschool tours to college crowds to famous music halls. In two years he has independently produced and released 3 albums including the eclectic E.P 'Between Us', the edgy mixtape 'AutobiograMe' and the live-recorded album 'Strollin'.
Born in Montreal and raised in the Congo, Zayne has lived a storied life. He was separated from his family during the war which forced him to flee back to Canada. Zayne found solace in music and was soon gigging around the city playing in funk bands. He is a self-taught producer and multi instrumentalist and recently moved to Los Angeles to further his career.
