National Bank Night Out

The National Bank of Canada wanted to create a one-of-a-kind annual client appreciation to be held during the Christmas season. Wanting to showcase its strong commitment to the arts and support or arts-based charities , the bank needed a hand programming these truly memorable experiences.
  • Worked closely with the National Bank event team to target artists to satisfy the event requirements

  • Executed a turnkey event solution, allowing National Bank staff to focus on their clients and guests

  • Managed event and venue budgets for artists, orchestras, technical and stage staff

  • Managed communication between artists and artist managers and National Bank employees to ensure the main goal of the evening was accomplished: a high-quality event with artistic impact

  • The National Bank Night Out, launched in 2013, is a specially designed annual event designed to thank current clients, engage new business contacts and reaffirm the bank’s long-standing commitment to arts charities. Held at downtown Toronto’s St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts for the first two years, the event will be moving to the prestigious Design Exchange in 2015. 2013’s featured artists were The Tenors, and in 2014 Holly Cole teamed up with a 20-person orchestra created specifically for the event. Matt Dusk and Florence K have been tapped for 2015.
